6. Petitioner believes that the Will is the true last
Will of the decedent. The Will was executed in Jackson, Michigan,
and the witnesses to the Will are HELEN M. OLK, Jackson, Michigan,
and JANICE E. PIETROWSKI, Jackson, Michigan. It is inconvenient
for any of the w3~tnesses to the Will to appear before the court
since they are non-residents of the County•of Charlotte, State of
Florida, and P~titioner requests this court to appoint FRANCES
• GODFR~Y , Notary Public in and for the State of
Michigan, as Commissioner to take the testimony of HELEN M. OLK,
a witness to the Will who is unable to app"~r before the court
conveniently.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks.that the writing be admitted
to probate as the Last Will of the decedent, and that Letters
Testamentary be granted to Petitioner.
