decedent left the instrument now presented to this court as his
I,ast Will; the instrument was dated September 21, 1970, and attested
_and subscribed by NELEN M. OLK and JANICE E. PIETROWSKI as witnesses;
a Commission has been filed, the Oath of Witness to Will and
Certificate of.Commissioner has been filed, and Proof of Execution
