. TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, C. L. BOYD, a/k/a CLARENCE L. BQYD, late of
Charlotte County, Florida, died on September 4, 1972, leaving his ;

Last Will which was duly admitted to probate and record in this
court on October 12, 1972; and
WHEREAS, DONNA BOYD ANDREWS, the alternate Executrix
named in the will has taken the prescribed Oath and has performed
all other acts necessary to~entitle her to Letters Testamentary as ~
the legally qualified Executrix of the estate of C. L. BOYD, a/k/a
CLARENCE L. BOYD;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,JOHN T. ROSE, JR., County Judge in and
for this county, by virtue of the power and authority vested in me
; by law, do declare DONNA BOYD ANDREWS to be duly qualified under
the laws of the State of Florida to act as Executrix of the Estate
~ of C. L. BOYD, a/k/a CLARENCE L. BOYD, with full power to administer
