THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of December, 1973,
between DONNA BOYD ANDREWS, as Executrix~O~the•Estate of C. L. BOYD,
also known as CLARENCE L. BOYD, deceased, party.of the first part,
and DONNA BOYD AI~IDREWS, party of the second part, whose address is
2707 Alton Drive, Champaign, Illinois, 61820.
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant ~o an Order of
Distribution of the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida,
dated the 26th day of November, 1973, and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second -
part, her heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie .
County, Florida, described as: .
Lot 14, Block 5, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 25,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13 at Pages 32,•~ and 32A
thru 32I of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, .
