THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of December, 1973,
between DONNA BOYD ANDREWS, as ExecutriK of the Estate of C. L. BOYD,
also known as CLARENCE L. BOYD, deceased, party of the first part,
and LOLITA BOYD, party of the second part, whose address is 1116 West
88th Avenue, Denver, Colorado, 80221.
