AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES

COUNTY OF ST.LUCIE ) ss
NARL R, AVERY and IRENE M. SZUMSKI, being first duly sworn,
depose and say that on the 22nd day of January, 1972, appeared
before them QUILLEY McMICKLE, and that in the presence of the
Affiants that certain Affidavit as to Ownership and Continuous
Marriage, to which this Affidavit is attached, was read over to
. the said QUILLEY McMICKLE, and fully explained to him; that he
stated that he understood the nature of said Affidavit and that
he desired to execute same, but-was unable to read, and the said
QUILLEY McMICKLE was unabZe to write his name thereupon, and said
QUILLEY McMICKLE MADE HIS "X" on said Affidavit for the purpose
of executing same.
Further Affiants sayeth not.
