In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shatl inctude the feminine ene~
neuter. A(I rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
hairs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor end Mortgegee.
