DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~23~~
This cause came on for trial the~0 -"'ttay of January, 2974,
and tiie Court having given full consideratzon to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties,
and sul~ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon -
ORDERED Ai~D ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. ~The marriage between the husband,
PETER FRANCIS CARTEit and the wife, ELLEN CONNAH CARTER, be and the
same is ilereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are here-
by foreveY freed from the bonds of martimony heretofore existing
between tnem and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. ELLEN CONNAH CART~R be and she is
' l!~'r~ hereby ~~~~o assume her former name of ELLEN CONNAH and to

. a use tne same in all respect as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
other.
8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be ~
