~ If a conveyance shouiri be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
~ th~ereof, w~t'~out th° Wfl~tP(1 consent of the Association, and without assumption in regular form of
~
faw t~~ the ~rantee of the obli~ations to the f~ssociation created by said promissory note and this mort-
~ ga~e, then, and in that event, and at the option of the Assoc~ation, and without not~ce, all sums of
~ money secured hereby shall immediately and concurrently with such conveyance become due and pay-
~ able and ~n defaul~. The Associati~n reserves the right to withhold consent to any such conveyance
ar~d assumption until and unless satisfactory financial reports and other personal data required by the
~ Assoc.aticn are furnished to the Association by the party acquiring title to the premises, or any part
~ thereof. By g~ving its consent to such conveyance, the Assoc~ation shall not be deemed to have released
the mort~;agor hereunder from any liability hereunder. ?~he Association may deal with successors in in-
' terest with reference to this mortage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the -
~ mortgagors, and may forbear to sue ~r may extend time tor payment of the dcbt, secured hereby, or ~
r~ otl~erwise act w~thout d~scharging or in any way affectin~ the liability of the mortgagors hereunder
~z or upon the debt hereby secured. The Association may also deal with the Mortgagors and/or with
~ successors in interest with reference to this mortga~;e and the debt hereby secured by f~rbearing to
sue, extend~n~ the time for payment of the debt, providing for different monthfy payments and/or a
different interest rate, and by other express modifications of the contract, without losing any priority
tht Assaciation has over other mortgagees or lieno~s or holders of any junior interest in the property
secured hereby.
