This cause coming on to be heard on the llth day of January,

~ someti;nes called the "County"), for the validation of not exceeding
~ $25,000,400 St. Lucie County Pollution Control Revenue Bonds (Florida

~ Power & Light Company Project), Series A(herein sometimes called
~
the "Series A Bonds"), of said County, pursuant to a Notice and
~
~ Order to Show Cause heretofore issued by this Court rec~uiring the
~ Defendants to show cause at said time and place why said Series A
~
Bonds and the proceedings of the Board of County Commissioners of
~ the County (herein sormetimes called the "Board") in connection
~
with the issuance of said bonds, should not be validated as was
prayed in said Complaint,~and it appearing that copies of said
Notice and Order and of said Complaint were served upon the State
$t Attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, as is
