(iv) adequate provision has been m~de in the Contract
for the operation, repair and maintenance of the Project

at the expense of the Company and for the payment by the
Company of the purchase price for the Project in installments

sufficient to pay the principal of and the interest on
the bonds.
The County has determined that paying the cost of
the First Phase Project will require the authorization and issuance
of revenue bonds of the County under the Act in the aggr~gate
principal amount of not exceeding Twenty-Five Million Dollars
($25,000,000) to be payable solely fror;i the revenue derived from
the County's sale of the First Phase Project, and that the revenue

to be derived from such sale will be adequate to pay the principal,
~ inte~est and redemption prer.mium, if any, on the revenue bonds to be }

~ issued initially under the Indenture.
