the County in the aggregate principal amount of not exceeding
. Forty-Five Million Dollars ($45,000,000) to be designated
"St. Lucie County Pollution Control Revenue Bonds (Florida
Power & Light Company Project~, Series A, for the purpose of
payin_q the cost o£ the Project. Said Resolution further provides
for the execution and delivery of a trust indenture, dated as
of 1, 1973 (herein called the "Indenture"),
substantially in the form therein authorized, by and between
the County and a bank or trust cor,lpany within or without the
State of Florida, as trustee (herein called the "Trustee") and,
if deemed desirable and necessary by the Board, a bank or trust
company within or without the State of Florida, as co-trustee
(herein callec~ the "Co-Trustee"), to be designated by resolution
of the Board adopted prior to the issuance of the bon~s, in order
to secure the payment of the principal of and the interest on
the bonds, including any redemption prer.lium thereon, and any _
additional bonds that may be issued under the provisions of the
~ Indenture, according to their tenor, purport and effect, and in
` order to secure the performanc~ and observance of all of the
4 covenants, agreements and conditions in said bonds. Said Resolution
~ also provides for the execution and delivery of an installment

~ purchase and security contract (herein called the "Contract")
