All of the terms and provisions of Resolutions No. 73-118 and 73-132, the Indenture and the Contract are in accordance with la~a and are fully authorized by the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida, and are in all respects validated, and thA Indenture and Contract, when executed substantially in the forms copies of ~vhich are attached to the Complaint as Fxhibits G and H, . respectively, will be valid and binding docurients and agreements of the County, the Coripany and the Trustee. 10.
