person appearing on the re~istration books bf the County
provided for in the Indenture a~ the registered owner thereof,
by check or draft mailed to such registered owner at his address
~
as it appears on such registration books. Payment of the principal
of all bonds shall be made upon the presentation and surrender_'of
such bonds as the same shall become due and payable. Payment of
the interest on the coupon bonds shall be made upon the presentation
and surrender of the coupons representing such interest as the same
respectively become due and payable.
The Series A Bonds shall bear the facsimile signature of or
be signed by the Chairman~of the Board and shall bear the facsimile
signature of or be signed by the Clerk or any Deputy Clerk of the
Board, and a facsiMile of the official seal of the County shall be
imprinted thereon, provided that each of such bonds shall be manually
signed by one of said officers. The coupons attached to the
coupon bonds shall bear the facsimle signature of the Chairman of
~ the Board. In case any officer whose signature or facsimile signature
; shall appear on any coupons shall cease to be such officer before the
~ delivery of such bonds, such signature or such facsimile shall never- ~
;
~ theless be valid and sufficient for all purposes the same as if he
€

~ had remained in office until such delivery, and also any bond may be
~ signed by or bear the facsimile signature of such persons as at
~
~ the actual tiMe of the execution of such bond shall be the proper
~ officers to sign such bond although at the date of such bond such
~
~
~ persons may not have been such officers. The bonds and the interest
~ coupons to be attached thereto, and the certificate of authentication
~
~ by the Trustee under the Indenture, the statement of validation
~ ~
~ and the provisions for registration to be endorsed on the bonds ~
~ shall be, respectively, substantially in the forms set forth in

- the Indenture. ;
There shall be stamped or wri~.~~n on the b~ck of each of
the Seris A Bonds a statement in subs'~antially the following forri:
