POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, GEORGE RICHARD JOHNSON, have made, constituted and
appointed, and by this act and these presents, do make, constitute
and appoint my wife, MARY JANE JOHNSON, whose address is 505 Wisteria
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, my true and lawful attarney with
full power to act in my stead and in my ~ehalf to make, do and
transact all~and every kind of business whatsoever in my name as
fully as though I myself were acting.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act, deed, and thing
whatsaever in and about my estate, property and affairs, as fully •
as I-might or couZd do if presen# and acting.
I hereby ratify and conf:~_rm whatsoever my attorney shall do
in the premises by virtue of this authority.
This power shall remain in full force and effect until ~22
December 1975, or written notice of its revocation signed by me
shall be recorded in the proper office of the City and County of
Honolulu, State of Hawaiz.
