Gerald Wayne Smith Jr. into the custody and care of his father,
Gerald bJayne Smith Sr. and his wife Therese F. Smith, from this
day of January '11,'19']4 hence-forth; and that I shall be granted
visitation rights with arrangements made before hand.
All other judgements and decrees made before this day will be
dissolved at the signing of this document.
