THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 14th day of I~ecei~~er ,

AQUA RA, INC.,
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and
having its principal place bf business at Route 2, Hutchinson
Island, Jensen Beach, Florida, hereinafter called the grantor, to:

hereinafter called the grantee.

legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $ 10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt ;
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, -
Florida, viz:
UNIT NO. 124 & 125 of WINDMILL VILLAGE, AQUA RA, INC.,
accerding to the Declaration of Condominium thereof ~
as recorded in Official Record Book 189r on pages
1887 through 2007, inclusive, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all of
the appurtenances to said Unit.
Subject ~to the following: All of the provisions of the Declaration of
Condominium of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 as recorded in
! Official Record Book 189 on pages 1887 through 2007, inclusive, of the Public

~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, including the Exhibits attached thereto
and

! Taxes for the current year and Restrictions, covenants, easements and reserva~

~ thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

~ AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is law-
~ fully seized of said land in fee siMple; that it has good right and

~ lawful authority to~sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully
~ warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against
4 the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is
free of all encumbrances. However, this sale is made subject to
~ the Declaration of Condominium and all other condominium instru- .
ments, restrictions and easements of record, and taxes accruing
~ subsequent to December 1973 .
