an3 my niece, DOROTHY P~YN^, should predereasz me, then I qiv~,
cl~v~.se ~ nd bequeath all of my residuary es~ate : o m1 great niec~,
DOROTHEA EGEI2T0~1, and my great nephew, JON EGERT~~i, in equal
shares, share and share alike, per s~irpes.
ARTICL~ IV
I her~by nominate, constitute and anpoir_t my sister,
ELSIE C11?'~HRIA, as E.Yecutrix of this, my Last ~E~Till and Testament.
7n the event, however, that my sister should predecease me, or
if for any reason she should not qualify as such Executrix, then
and in that event I nominate, constitute and appoint my niece,
DOROTAY PAYNE, as Executrix hereunder.
I sp~eifically give and grant unto my said Executrix all
powers and authority to sell at suc'n time or tinzs as in her :
` absolute discretion snall seem best, for the puraose oE paving
taxes or carrying out any othzr provisions of my Z~~ill, and without
order of court, any property, real or personal, belonging to my .
estate. I also give my ~-aid legal representative full po~,rer and -
authority to settle and compound any claims, either in favor of
or against my estate as to said representative shall seem best,
and, for ~he purposes aforesaid, to execute and deliver a11 proper
• and necessary conveyances, and to give full receipts and discharges.
I specifically autho~ize my Executrix to continue to hold any asse~s
rec~ived by her as a part of my estate or any increas~ thereof. ~
