THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the ~th day of November, A. D., 1973

of Bath, in the County of Sagadahoc and State of Maine, herein-

-(Frank w. Thompson, grantor, agrees to assume and pay the amount
of the 1973 tax bill up to $24.39 (which is the amount oL the
j~'i 1972 taxes)and Charles Merritt Holbrook, Grantee, agrees to assume
and pay the difference shown in the December 31, 1973 tax bill

or about November 5, 1973.
