WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, by virtue of the power ~

artd authority to it given in and by that certain Order Authorizing
Sale issued by the Probate, Guardianship and Trust Division of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 20th
day of Deceniber 1973, with reference to the estate of SHELDON B.
ENGLE, and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAI~ID AND ~
NO/100ths ($55,000.00) DOLLARS, ta it paid by the Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, ~
convey and confirm unto the Grantee, its heirs or assigns forever,
the following described praperty, situate, lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, and TRA CsS "E" and "F"
SPRINGHILL SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
Book 10, Page Y0, Public Records of St. Lucie -
County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
