of January, 1974, personally appeared DARRELL L. GREGG, Trust
Officer of FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART,
Stuart, Florida, who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the Trust Officer of FIRST NATTONAL BANK i

AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, Stuart, Florida, Executor of the
Estate of SHELDON B. ENGLE, deceased and that the said Bank
also served as Executor of the Estate of IVA U. ENGLE.

2. That he knows of his own personal knowledge that }

~va H. U. Engle, Iva U. Engle and EUNICE IVA ENGLE were one ;
and the same person and that wherever said names appear in the
' P~blic Records, they do in fact refer to one and the same person. f
