SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. Lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of Ame~ica, the owner of a ce~tain mortgage given by Dona 1 d
Leitner and Gisela Leitner, his wife dated January 20 1968 , and recorded
in the public records of Sa i nt Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 17~ on page
b64 , securing the payment of the sum of
Ten Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ~ollars(3 10,500.00 )
covering property in the Couny of Sa i n t Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby ack~owledge tha~ it
has received fuJf payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and dath hereby direct the Cle~k of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record. •
