In this instrument the singular shall include the ptural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neute~. All rights and obligations under this mortgegs shal! extend to and be bi~ding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, succtssors and assigns of the Mongagor and Mortgagee.
