herein provided for. T'he Lessee further covenants and agrees that

in making or constructing any such building or other improvements, ,

that the Lessee shall and will save the Lessor harmless from injury '
and damage to any person, firm, or corporation whatsoever in the
making or construction of such building or other improvements; and t
further, the Lessee covenants and agrees that it will not permit the
filing of any labor, materialmen's or architects' liens, or contractors' _

liens,-against said property for any material or work done in connection
with the construction or making of such buildings and other improvements,

and if any such lien or liens should be filed, the Lessee will save -
