21. The Lessee, in exercising any of the rights or privileges ~j:

herein granted to it, shall not on the grounds of race, color or . :

national origin discriminate or permit discrimination ac~ainst any Y
person or group of persons in any manner prohibited by Part 21 of the ~

Regulations of the Secretary of Transportation. The Lessor is hereby

granted the right to take such~action, anything to the contrary here-- ~

in notwithstanding, as the United States may direct to enforce this
non-discrimination covenant.

22. The Lessor reserves-unto itself, its successors and assigns, ;
for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage
of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of the real property
hereinafter described, together with the right to cause i.n said
airspace such noise as may be inherent in ths opexation of aircraft,
now known or hereafter used, for navigation-of or flight in the said

airspace, and for use of said airspace~ for ]aiding on, taking off from _
or operating on the airport. • _
23. The Lessee expressly agrees for itself, its successors and
assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects or natural
growth and other obstructions on the hereinafter described real
property to such a height so as to comply with Federal Aviation '
Regulations~, Part77. • _
