years, easements and restrictions of record, if any, zoning
ordinances applicable, first mortgage held by Prudential Life
Insura~ce Company in a principal amount not in excess of
$149,900.OO,together with accrued interest, and second mortgage
held by Frances Lowe in a principal amount not in excess of
$410,602.00 together with accrued interest, which inortgages the
Grant-ee assumes and agrees to pay.
