rate, shall also be secured hereby.
8. Mortgagor shall permit t~ortgagee, by its agents
and attorneys, from time to time during reasonable busi-
ness hours, to come upon any of the mortgaged property or
the premises where any of the mortgaged property is lo-
cated to inspect, appraise, inventory and protect the
mortgaged property.

' 9. As to any agricultural, citrus and horticultural

! property mortgaged herein, Mortgagor shall protect the

~ trees, plants, crops and other agricultural, citrus and

r horticultural products against damage by freeze and fire

~ and shall prune, ~rork, spray, dust, fertilize, cultivate,

~ irrigate and otherwise maintain such items upon the mort-
~ ~

~ gaged property in good and husbandlike first class man-
~ ner, and in accordance with the most approved method~ of
~
~ culture and care in the locality in which the properties
~
~ are situated, and the failure to do so shall be a breach -
~
~ of the terms and conditions of this mortgage and such
" breach shall cause all of the indebtedness then unpaid,.

~ at Mortgagee's option, to become immediately due and pay-
~ able. If the Mortgagor shall fail to comply with any of
- the foregoing, the Mortgagee may, at its election, enter

upon the premises and do so without waiving or affecting
