As to any of the mortgaged property which is designated as chattels, tiortgagor agrees as follows: (a) The property is equipment and is used primarily in the business of the Mortgagor. (b) The property will be kept in its present location and will not be removed from the county without the written consent of the-hlortgagee, un- ~ less it is replaced by comparable equipment free ~ ~ and clear of all liens. i ~ (c) Mortgagor will not cause or permit the ~ property to become fixtures to real estate or ac- ~ ~ cessions to other goods. ~ (d) In addition to the other remedies on de- ~ ~ fault provided herein, all of which remedies being ~ ~ ~ ~ cumulative, the Mortgagee shall have and may exer- ~ ~ cise from time to time any and all rights and reme- ~ - dies of a secured party under the Uniforn: Commercial i Code and any and all rights and remedies availahle to it under any other applicable laws and, upon re- :a quest or demand of the Mortgagee, the ~iortgagor `'3 r shall, at its expense, assemble such property and :~s make it available to the i•lortgagee at a convenient place or places acceptable to the Mortgagee.
