ernmental authority shall suspend, revoke or prohibit
the right of Mortgagor to produce or sell or offer
for sale any of Mortgagor's agricultural citrus pro-
ducts or crops; or
(e) If any representation or warranty by Mort-
gagor contained in any agreement entered into by and
between it and Mortgagee should prove untrue in any
material respect and should not be corrected by Mort-
gagor within ten (10) days after written notice from
! Mortgagee to do so, provided that if Mortgagor has

~ promptly commenced to correct the breach within the _

; ten (10) day period and such breach can be corrected

° but cannot reasonably be corrected within the ten

~ (10) ciay period, the period for correction shall con-

~ tinue for such period as liortgagor diligently pro-

p ceeds to correct the same; or
~ ( f) I f;~Iortgagee should terminate any one of the

~ present or future financing agreements between it and

~ the Mortgagor or if the Mortgagor shall default unaer

>x the terms of any one of said agreements; or

~ (g) If Mortgagor shall fail to perforn any of 3
- its other covenants herein and such failure is not

breach which cannot be cured by the payment of money,
- if Mortgagor has promptly commenced to cure the fail-
