~ from or by Mortgagor or any part or parts thereof,
~ and collect and receive all rents, issue~, income

same manner as Mortgagor might lawfully do, in which -
event 2dortgagee, by its attorneys or agents, may ex-
clude Mortgagor and its agents, servants, and em-
