without security, to the extent permitted by law, ~
the mortgaged property and other items of security

and collateral given or pledged pursuant hereto or-
any part thereof, at one or more sales as an en-
tirety or in parcels, as Mortgagee may elect, at
such place or places and otherwise in such manner
and upon at least ten (10) days' notice, with such

~ postponements from time to time with regard to all

~ or any part or parts thereof as Mortgagee may choose

` in its discretion, in order to fully collect the in-

~ debtedness and enforce the obligations_of Mortgagor

~ to Mortgagee, and Mortgagee may bid or become pur-

s chaser in any such sale or sales, free from any right

~ o~ redemption, which is hereby.expressly waived, and,

~ after deducting from the proceeds thereof all expen-

G ses incurred hereunder and all other proper outlays

~ herein authorized and all payments which may be made

>i as just and reasonable compensation for tdortgagee's
own services and for the service of its attorneys,
agents, and assistants, Mortgagee shall apply the
rest and residue of the moneys received by it as it
= may choose in its discretion, toward interest, prin-
~ cipal or charges hereunder, and shall pay over any
