Abbot Beaty and Leona Beaty, his wife dated September 24 t964 , and recorded
in the public records of Sa i nt Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 99 on page
388 , securing the payment of the sum of
Seven Thousand Two Nundred and No/100 Dollars(3 7,200.00 )
covering property in the Cou~y of $a i nt Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel a~d discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mor~yage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said Couny to cancel ihe same of record.
