WHEREAS, AQUA RABELLA, INC., a Flor3da corporation; gave
~ a mortgage to the JENSEN BEACH BANK a Florida bankin cor oration

i~ said mortgage being dated December 14, 1972 and recorded on January

i 9, 1973 in Official Records Book 209, Page 2375, St. Lucie County,

( Florida, public records, and
~ WHEREAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date in

the.amount of $162,500.00 payable on or before June 15, 1973, and,
~ WHEREAS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time
for payment under said note.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid to the
JENSEN BEACH BANK, do hereby amend the said note to be payable on
or before March 15, 1974,
IN ALL OTHER respects, said mortgage and note are hereby
~ ratified and confirmed.
