I
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of March, 1973, AQUA RABELLA,
INC., a Florida corporation, gave a mortgage to the JENSSN BEACH
+BANK, said mortgage-being recorded in Official Records Book 212,
Page 1061, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
WHEREAS, said mortgage secured a Promissory Note in the
amount of $172,500.00 which was due on or Before August 15, 1973,
and , ~
WHEREAS, said mortgage was amended to extend the maturity
of the note to November 15, 1973, and,
WHEREAS, said parties are desirous of further extending
the maturity of the note, it is, therefore,
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of $1.00 and other valuable
consideration paid to the Jensen Beach Bank, and the mutual promises ~
~made herein, agreed that said note is amended to be payable on or
before February 15, 1974.
' - In all other respects, said mortgage and note are hereby
ratified and confirmed.
DATED this 12th day of December, 1973.
