guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in
the military services of the United States, minor'defendants and
also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under
legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court that such
mc~tion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
