D. 1973 by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION a corporation existing under the laws of Delaware , and having its principal place of business at 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131 hereinafter called the grantor, to ST. LUCIE PLAZA, a joint venture comprised of MELVIN F. SEMBLBR, an.undivided 35$ interest; FRED A. BESHARA, individually, an undivided 2.5$ interest; FRED A. BESHARA, trustee, an undivided 32.5$ interest; ALBERT L.
