THIS WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the day of A. D.
1973 by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION a corporation existing
under the laws of Delaware , and having its principal place of
business at 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131
hereinafter called the grantor, to ST. LUCIE PLAZA, a joint venture
comprised of MELVIN F. SEMBLBR, an.undivided 35$ interest; FRED A. BESHARA,
individually, an undivided 2.5$ interest; FRED A. BESHARA, trustee, an
undivided 32.5$ interest; ALBERT L. DANGLER, an undivided 20$ interest;
and NICHOLAS MANOS, an undivided 10$ interest,
whose postoffice address is 411 Legal Arts Centre, Youngstown, Ohio 44503
hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, i
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and ~

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
' alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that

< of said Northwest 1/4, 44.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the

~ along said east line for a distance of 450.61 feet to a point on the
