1973 by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION a corporation existing
under•the laws of Delaware , and having its principal place of
business at 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131
hereinafter called the grantor, to ST. LUCIE PLAZA, a joint venture
comprised of MELVIN F. SEMBLER, an undivided 35$ interest; FRED A. BESHARA,
individually, an undivided 2.5$ interest; FRED A. BESHARA, trustee, an
undivided 32.5$ interest; ALBERT L. DANGLER, an undivided 20$ interest;
and NICHOLAS MANOS, an undivided 10$ interest,
whose postoffice address is 411 Legal Arts Centre, Youngstown, Ohio 44503
hereinafter called the grantee:

include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 .and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is ,

alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that
