MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT ~ j~'z9,~`~
THIS AGR~EMENT, made and entered into by and betveen J.T. STBiIART
MORTGAGB COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, mortgagee and GEORGE H.
SAUNDERS and LOLA B. SAUNDERS, his vife, Mortgagors.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto under date of January 29th, 1973 entered unto a
certain mortgage note and mortgage agreement, which Was recorded in Official
Record Book 210, paae 2327 of the Public Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida.
being described as follaas: ~
Lots 6~ 7, Block 14, SIJNLAND GARDENS, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at page 32 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WNEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
terms and provisions of said mortgage in order that it may set forth the true
camplete and intended agreement bet~reen the parties:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained -
the parties do hereby agree as folla+s:
The first monthly~payment is sho~m to be due on or before the first day of
May, 1973 and the final monthlq payment is sha~m to be due on or before the
first daq of April, 2003, MortRagors and HortgaRee are desirous of amending
the firat pay~ent due date to February Ist, 1976 and amending the final paq~sent
due date~to January Ist, 2004 at Which time the entire outstanding remaining
principal balance sha12 be paid in full, with interest from date @ the rate of
( 8'~X )per centum per aanum on the lmpaid balance.
Except as hereby expresslp modified, all the terma, covenants, conditions
and provisions of the note and mortgage dated Januarq 29th, 1973, shall remain
; in full force and effect. .

~ parties hereto, their respective successors, heirs and assiga8.
