under the Resolution above referred to.
Together with the Note.or obligation described in said Mortgage,
and the monies due and to become due thereon, with i.nterest
from the date hereof, without recourse.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said PARTY OF
~ THE SECOND PART, its successors and assigns, forever, without
recourse unto the Assignor here5.n, it being understood that the
Assignor herein assumes no liability hereunder and makes no rep-
resentations in connection herewith, excepting that the Assignor
represents that it is the Mortgagee named in and is the holder
of the said M~ortgage and the Note secured thereby, with full
authority and power to execute this instrument.
