KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That MIAMI BEACH FIRST NATIONAL BANK, a National bank-
ing association under the laws of the United.States of America,
PARTY~ OF THE FIRST PART, the holder by Assigrunent of the herein-
after described Mortgage, in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuiable considerations, received
from or on behalf of BARNETT BANK OF MIAMI BEACH, N.A., a Na-
tional banking association with its principal banking office at
420 Li.ncoln Road, in Miami Beach, Florida, PARTY OF THE SECOND

MARAVILLA GARDENS, according to the Plat there-

` . together with the right-of-way of Windsor Avenue

lying between Lots 59 and 60 aforesaid; Garden
Avenue lying between Lots 63 and 64 aforesaid;
Park Boulevard lying between Lots 65 and 66; and

all of which said right-of-ways have been aban-
= doned and the dedications revoked by Resolution
No. 2060 passed and adopted by the City Commis-
