reserved by the City of Fort Pierce under the
Res~lution above referred to; TOGETHER with
buildings and improvements thereon and including
all right, title and interest of the Mortgagor
~ in and to all Leases existing on the above de-
scrib~d property, subject only to the rights of
Gontinental Assurance Company, an Illinois cor-
poration.
Together with the Note or obligation described in said Mortgage,
and the monies due and to become due thereon, with interest from
the date hereof, without recourse. _
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said PARTY OF .
THE SECOND PART, its successors and assigns, forever, without

recourse unto the Assignor herein, it being understood that the
Assignor herein assumes no liability hereunder and makes no rep-
resentations in connection herewith, excepting that the Assignor
represents that-it is the holder by Assignment of the said Mort-
~ gage and the Note secured thereby, with full authority and power
to execute this instrument. -
