~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said PARTY OF THE
SECOND PART, its successors and assigns, forever, without recourse
unto the Assignor herein, it being understood that the Assignor
herein assumes no liability hereunder and makes no representations
in connection herewith, excepting that the Assignor represents
that it is the Mortgagee named in and is the holder of the said
Mortgage and the Note secured thereby, with £ull authority and
power to execute this instrument.
