AN ORDINANCE EXTENDIN6 THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE ~
CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA TO IMCLUDE THE SE 1I4 OF
THE N4J 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SEC. 21, T-35-S, R-40-E,
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA; DIRECTING THE ST. LUCIE
COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR TO ASSESS SAID PROPERTY AND PLACE
IT ON THE CITY.TAX ROLLS FOR THE YEAR 1975 AIJD SUBSE-
QUENT YEARS; DIRECTING THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY TAX COL-
LECTOR TO COLLECT TAXES ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FOR THE YEAR I975 AND SUPSEQUENT YEARS; DIRECTING PUBLI-
CATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; ZUNING SAID LANDS; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE& IN CONFLICT HERE- t
WITH;_AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF i
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA•
SECTION l. ?~he Territorial Lir.~its of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida, be and they are hereby extended to annex to the said City the
SE 1!4 of the NW 1/4 of the iJW 1/4 of Section 21, Township-35-South, _
Range-40-£ast, St. Lucie County, Florida. .

SECTION 2. That the Tax Assessor of St. Lucie County is ~
directed to place upon and add to the assessment roll the lands des-'
cribed in Section 1 hereof for the year 1975 and subsequent years, and -
to enter the sa:~e at such valuation that it will bear an equal and
~ust valuation. ~ ~ ~
SECTION 3. That the Tax Collector of St. Lucie County zs
directed to collect the taxes on the lands described in Section 1
hereof for the year 1975 and subsequent yea~s.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to
be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The News Tribune

~ in Fort Pierce, Florida.

SECTION 5. That upon this Ordinance becoming effective the

' land~ hereinabove described and annexed to the territorial limits of

the City of Fort Pierce shal~l be and the same are hereby zoned for
` "S-(c)" uses in accordance with t~ie zoning ordinances of the City of

Fort Pierce, Florida.
SECTIGN 6. A21. Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conf lict
~ herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTIOrJ 7. This Ordinance shall be and become effective at
the expiration of thirty days after final passage.
