P.O.B.; DIRECTING THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR TO
ASSESS SAID PROPERTY AND PLACE IT ON THE CITY TAX F.OLLS
FOR THE YEAR 1975 AND SUBSEQUENT YEARS; DIRECTING THE
ST. LUCIE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR TO CQLLECT TAXES ON THE
AIIOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR T!iE YEAR 1Q75 AIJD SUBS£QUENT
.YEARS; DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; ZONING
SAID LANDS; REPEALING ALL ORDINAPJCES OR PARTS OF OP.DINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOF AN EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.
5L IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COP4+tISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORrDA:
SEC~I~N 1. The Territorial Limits of the City of Fort Pierce,
Fler•ida, be and they are hereby extended to annex to tha said City
the following described property: From the htorthwest corn~r of SectioZ
21-35-40 run East 25 feet, ~hence South ?0 feet to Point of Beginr.ing,
thznce continue South 489.02 feet, thence East 673.68 feet, thence
North 490.94 feet more or less to South Right-of-Way of Canal No. 7,
~hence West along Rig:~t-of-4~ay to in ~ersection with Sou ~h Right-of-Way
i Virgini.a Avenue, thence SouthwesterZy +~7 feet to Point of Beginning.
SECTION 2. That the Z'ax Assessor of St. Lucie County is
directed to place upon and add to the assessment roll the lands des-
~ cribed in Section 1 hereof for the year 1975 and subsequent yezrs,

and ±o enter the same at such valuation that it will bear an equal
- ~nd ~ust valuation.

~ SECTION 3. That the Tax Colleetor of St. Lucie Couinty is

` ~irected to collect the taxes on the lands described in Section 1

} nereof for the year 1975 and subsequent years.

be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The tlews Tribune
