ALL THAT PART ~F THE W 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SEC. 17,
T-35-S, R-40-E, LYING A2JD BEING N. ANJ W. OF THE N. R!4? LINE OF
OKEECHOBEE ROAD; AND, ALL OF THAT PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4
OF ThE SW 1/4 OF SEC. 17, T-35-S, R-4Q-E, LYItJG AND AEIPIG N. OF
THE N. R/4J LTNE OF OKEECHOBEE ROAD; AND LESS ANll EXCEPTING THERE-

SECTIOt1 1. The Territorial Limits of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida, be and they are hereby extended to annex to the said City ~he

3 SECTIO:J 3. That the Tax Collector of St. Lucie County is dzrected
j to collect the taxes on t:~e lands described in Section 1 hereof for

SECTIO~ 4. That the C?ty CZerk shall cause this Ordinance to be
~ published once a week for four conseeutive weeks in The New~ Tribune
in Fort Pierce, Florida.
SECiION 5. That upon this Ordin~nce becoming effective the lands
_ hereinabove described and annexed to the territorial limits of the
_ City of Fort Pierce shall be and the same are hereby zoned for R-7 and
~ B-2 uses in accorc3ance with the zoning, ordinances of the City of Fort .
