FINAL JUDGMENT -
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ,
This cause came on for trial on the lOth day of January,
1974, and the Court,having given full consideration to all th~
evidence finds and detenmines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now.exists between the parties; and that •
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF°MARRIAGE. The marriage between
PAUL HOWELL ROSBURY, Husband, and NAOMI LINDA ROSBURY, Wife, be
and the same is hereby d~.ssolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby foreve~ freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between the~ and from the obligations arising
therefrom. ,
~ 2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such turther
orders as may be proper. ~
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida,
