This is my Declaration of Domicile and Citizenship in `
the State of Florida that I am filing this day in accordance,
and in conformity with Section 222.17, Florida Statutes, as
amended by Chapter 26896, Laws of 1951.
I was formerly a legal resident of North Haven, Connect-
icut and I resided at 1355 Ridge Road, North Haven, Connecticut. ;
