That due to a scrivners error ~e inadvertedly set out the na~e of one of
the "grantors" as DONALD R. HAWKINS and also set out this same name as
DONALD R. HAWKINS in the acknoWledgement, When as a matter of fact it
shauld have read in both places as DONALD K. HAWKINS, Which is the way
he signed the deed ss grantor, in that certain deed dated December 5, 1973
and recorded in Official Records Book 221, page 2786, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, further DONALD K. HAWKIi~S vas one of the
Grantees xho acquired the property under th~ ame of NA K. HAWKINS.
