MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
HAROLD W. ROBERTS and BLANCHE ROBERTS, his wife, the mortgagors, `

hereby agree to a modificationof that certain mortgage filed March 13, ~

1969, recorded in O.R. Book 176, page 422, covering the following des- ~
cribed real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 22, Block 1, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT #2,
as per plat thereof recorded in~Plat Book 10, at
page 72 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida.
That said mortgage be, and the same is hereby modified to pro=

vide that the $5,000.00 due and payable in lump sum on February 22, 1974,
be, and the same is hereby agreed to be paid in monthly installments to
JOHANNA M. HESSLING HOWER?, at 7~$ interest, for five (5) years, which
represents 60 payments of $100.19, said payments to be made to JOHANNA
M. HESSLING HOWERY at 212 West Camino, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452,
commencing on February 22, 1974, and on the 22nd day of each month there-
after. ~
~ In all other respects, the mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 176,
at page 422-424, of the St. Lucie County Public Records shall remain in
