Settlement Agreement dated December 7, 1964 by and between the
parties be, and the same is hereby approved by this Court and _
all of the terms of said Agreement are hereby incorporated into
this Final Decree, and, it is further
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiff '
herein be, and she is hereby restored to her former name,
DOROTHY PRENCIPE, and, it is further
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED, that this Court
retain jurisdi~tion of the parties hereto for the purpose of
enforcing this Final Decree.
